We had an awesome group vacation, cruising and soaking in amazing views of playful dolphins and seals. The place had a spacious unit with good quality furniture and free Wi-Fi. Shoutout to John & Annabel for making our stay great! It's near town, just a short drive to iconic Southland events. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
The mattress in our unit was far too soft for us, kind of like sleeping on a waterbed, and it impacted our sleep quality.

It has new-fashioned soundproof rooms, that come with Netflix and bedroom, for instance. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator are a nice touch. We have to thank outstandingly helpful and very very helpful staff for a really good stay...

The room was spacious and had a comfy bed. The kitchenette was decent, with all the basic appliances. I liked the two TVs and plenty of power points to charge stuff. But it felt a bit dated and could use some fresh paint. The shower setup was a bit awkward too, with low water pressure and a small basin for washing up.

Spacious and Comfortable Stay
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The added touch of having milk in the fridge upon arrival was a nice surprise. The decor feels a bit dated and could use an update for a fresher vibe.

The Standard One-Bedroom Apartment features a cozy setup with a comfortable bed and quality linens. Plenty of heating options, including oil heaters, ensured we stayed warm despite the chilly weather outside.
Unfortunately, the decor felt stuck in a time warp, giving off a decidedly outdated vibe. Vinyl peeling from the edges, bubbling wallpaper, and dusty curtains added to a sense of neglect. The bathroom lacked an extractor fan, which led to some unpleasant mold and soap scum buildup around the shower area. Finding the right heater switch in the main bedroom was a bit of a scavenger hunt, and the heating setup fell short when we came back to a freezing cold room. Some remnants of previous guests, including hair and popcorn, raised concerns about the overall cleanliness, leaving us a bit unsettled.
